With deep sadness, we want to let you know that Father John Thomas, Director Emeritus of Sheldon Calvary Camp, died today, January 11, 2012. Less than two weeks ago at the 75th anniversary gathering, we celebrated Calvary Camp with Father John as he spoke with his unique wit, wisdom and compassion, and as he blessed us at the end of the evening. We are profoundly grateful for his ministry, and for his immeasurable impact on so many lives at Calvary Camp. Visitation will be at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 1066 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15228 on Friday, January 13 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be at St. Paul's on Saturday, January 14 at 1 p.m. Please keep the Thomas family in your prayers.
